FB is my most popular story. 1 or 2 ppul are dev watchers just for that story. For those ppul, I'm sorry to say that no more of it will be posted on DA. It's a story that i think can be published someday, so i won't risk it being on the internet. Look for it on the shelves... someday.

Also, for those of you who don't know, CFHS went last week to the Ironwood Ridge Marching Festival. Just so that everyone knows: WE GOT SUPERIOR BITCH! Eat that, Rincon! So yeah... i only hope we can do as well at state Saturday. *crosses fingers*

So i thought i was having internet problems, but that isn't really true. After a mind-numbing conversation with a Comcast representative that involved nearly fifteen minutes of being put on hold, I found out that the modem has an on/off button. My dad accidentally hit it while fixing a shelf on Tuesday.

So yeah... i'm back now

U of A was not what i had imagined for my senior year. Band seemed to build to the climax until our superior rating Junior year, and now it has fallen. We recieved a rating of "excellent" this year. Most expected it, but in my recording, the audience applauded so loudly at the part with the red capes, the soloist was inaudible. I really thought we had a chance.

Oh well, que sera sera... or something like that *sigh*... I am sad.

My mood at the bottom won't change. I'm actually pretty depressed from u of a.

If u want to know, it's unlikely that i'll post the video. Mrs. Shane doesn't want us to spoil the red cape part.

Hello all! Only 2 days left of my Deadhorse ban!

Anyway, I'm here... don't really know why... It's just a journal that i decided to post.

I'm looking toward a long weekend. U of A Band Day is Saturday from 1:15 to eternity. It's a big deal for the band, and we have a lot to live up to after last year, where we got nunamaker and the first superior ranking in 12 years.It will be really great for us to do that well this year, but i won't hold my breath we'll see tomorrow.

The title of this journal is derived from the second movement of our Marching Band's field show, where the entire band will say "watch, magic" before the Piccolo soloist "appears" (i.e. jumps out from behind the colorguard). The words have been stuck in my head.

We'll be putting on about 18 charts for marching practice tomorrow... ToD and Adith are aware of how much work that will require, but the choreography for the second movement will be spectacular once we learn it (we even have capes), so i'm both dreading and looking foreword to it

Anyway...

Anyway, I'm replaying Phantom Hourglass right now, and i realized how evil i am to link, and how much he must hate me right now. Honestly, I make him cut all the grass in an area, and then he goes inside a house, goes back outside, and it's all back again... and my OCD refuses to just let it be, so he has to cut it again.
