Found a great tutorial, had to use it. Here is the result!
Edit: I changed the hair so that the shiny spots were less... shiny, and i also edited the eye slightly.

Face looks great, although the lighting is kind of flat... actually, that sort of makes sense as well, because the lighting is flat in the rest of the picture too. So nevermind.
I think the hair ought to be a bit darker maybe, and a bit less shiny, but I like what you did to it thus far. ...It just wouldn't have made any sense if you still had red hair. Unless we blame radiation or Canada.
Other miscellaneous things: the eyes look strangely fuzzy, I don't know why. You nailed the color of the inside of the ears. The little lens flares/sparkles on your nose seem a bit too large, whereas the ones on your cheeks seem much more believable.
And finally, where is this tutorial? I am very curious about how this is done.
